Product description

SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner for residue-free cleaning of general dirt on the exterior and interior of vehicles, awnings, and all attachments. This extremely gentle universal cleaner reliably removes oil, grease, and mineral stains from vehicles such as caravans and motorhomes, awnings, awnings, and all water-resistant surfaces. It reliably removes limescale deposits and limescale stains from fixtures and other components. It forms a micro-protective film and prevents further soiling. Suitable for sensitive surfaces.

The SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner is significantly more fat-soluble than the SAFE CAMPING Soft Cleaner. The soft cleaner is purely surfactant-based – the universal cleaner also contains a biodegradable polyether that promotes fat solubility.

Application

  1. Spray generously onto dry (at most damp) surfaces.
  2. Rub with a cloth using a scrubbing and wiping technique until the soil is removed.
  3. Then wipe with clean water.
  4. If the dirt is very heavy, the process may need to be repeated.

Recommendation: A textile cleaning cloth is suitable for initial cleaning, and a microfiber cloth is suitable for subsequent fine cleaning.

Before use, test for material compatibility on an inconspicuous area.

Areas of application include in particular:

  • Paint cleaning of exterior walls and roof of motorhomes and caravans.
  • Aluminum sheet (smooth sheet, hammered sheet), steel, fiberglass, reinforced plastic (GRP), rubber.
  • Universal cleaning for all indoor surfaces.
  • Cleaning & care of keder sealing profiles, keder tapes, strip fillers and profiles.
  • Rain streaks (deposits of vehicle dirt and sealant, black streaks).
  • Green growth removal for vehicles and attachments (e.g. tents and awnings).
  • Sticker removal, e.g. removal of adhesive residue after mechanical removal of the decorative stickers / decorative film.
  • Stainless steel sink/washbasin.
  • Washbasin made of sanitary acrylic.
  • Cleaning of tires and rims.

In particular “Free from…”:

  • Anionic surfactants / sulfates.
  • Alcohols.
  • Redox substances.

Yes. The cleaner is food-safe and harmless to humans and animals. It can be used safely on surfaces that come into contact with food or in areas where small children or pets are present.

What distinguishes SAFE CAMPING from other so-called “organic” cleaners?

The SAFE CAMPING universal cleaner is 100% organic and biodegradable.

In particular, it does not contain:
• Butyl glycol (toxic if swallowed, in contact with skin and inhaled; irritates skin and eyes),
• PEGs, i.e., ethoxylated or propoxylated alcohols C10-C12 (irritates the eyes),
• SLS or SLES, i.e. sodium lauryl ethersulfonate (irritates the eyes),
• Disodium carbonate with hydrogen peroxide (causes serious eye damage; harmful if swallowed; can have an oxidizing effect and attack metals).

SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner is harmless to the health of humans and animals as well as to the environment.

Even with conventional “organic” cleaners, greenwashing is widespread: they describe themselves as “organic”, “green”, “sustainable”, ... even though they contain the aforementioned ingredients, which SAFE CAMPING is free of.

I want to wash the entire motorhome or caravan from the outside. Is that possible?

Yes, the SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner is ideal for the complete exterior cleaning of motorhomes, caravans, tents, and annexes. It reliably removes dirt, grease, oil, and limescale without damaging paint, glass, or plastic surfaces. For optimal results, we recommend rinsing the surfaces with clean water after use.

Does the SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner also remove oil, grease, and limescale?

Yes. Thanks to its powerful formula, the universal cleaner reliably removes oil, grease, and mineral soils, as well as limescale deposits and stains, both inside and out of your vehicle.

Can I use the SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner inside?

Yes, it is also suitable for kitchens, bathrooms and other water-resistant interior surfaces – including fixtures, glass surfaces and delicate built-in components.

What is the difference between SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner and Soft Cleaner?

In addition to surfactants, the universal cleaner contains a biodegradable polyether, which significantly increases fat solubility. The soft cleaner is purely surfactant-based and is particularly gentle on very sensitive surfaces.

Can I combine the SAFE CAMPING universal cleaner with a pressure washer?

There are no restrictions in this regard. The universal cleaner can be diluted with water (1:10) and used in a pressure washer. If the universal cleaner has been applied manually, it can be rinsed off with a pressure washer and water.
