Product description

SAFE CAMPING Textile Impregnation Spray is a weather-resistant waterproofing agent for awnings and annexes. Treated surfaces become water-repellent (lotus effect). It prevents the formation of mildew and green growth and also repels dirt. The waterproofing agent is highly abrasion-resistant and UV-stable. Regular use prevents mildew. The spray makes it ideal for large-scale applications.

The comprehensive application for attachments such as awnings and awnings in combination with the SAFE CAMPING Impregnation Gel is particularly recommended before packaging – it even allows packaging with residual moisture.

Application

  1. The surface first with the SAFE CAMPING Universal Cleaner clean.
  2. Then spray the Textile Impregnation Spray evenly onto the surface to be treated, both inside and out. The surface should be dry, but it can also still be damp.
  3. Then let it dry until a transparent film has visibly formed.

Recommendation for application frequency:

  • Before and at the end of each trip.
  • Otherwise, it is best to spray with water and test the degree of impregnation.
  • The application frequency is ultimately a question of the material, the quality of application and the physical or chemical stress after application.

Before use, test for material compatibility on an inconspicuous area.

Areas of application include in particular:

  • Water-repellent impregnation for tents, awnings and annexes.
  • Surface impregnation for large areas.
  • For use with tents and annexes made of cotton, polyester, Airtex, Trailtex.
  • Avoidance of green growth / green strips during longer periods of storage of caravan tents / awnings / tents.
  • Impregnation to prevent the formation of water droplets on the awning roof after a wet night.
  • Parasols / sun sails.
  • Sleeping bags.
  • Tent floors: Beading effect prevents the penetration of water and other liquids.

In particular “Free from…”:

  • Silicones.
  • Microplastics.
